I received my blinds after 6 weeks wait which was suppose to be delivered 7-10 working days. The blinds turned up dirty and with parts missing. One of the blind was non operational so I had to take the blind apart and put it back together for it to work. I’m unable to control the tilt of the blind as there’s no chain; I’ve told the company this numerous times but they still haven’t done anything about it, so I got fed up and purchased a chain myself. The only reason I haven’t given them one star is because I did received the product and they eventually sent the missing bits after 2 months of waiting. Apart from that, I will never shop with this company again. I will recommend to stay far from this company, only use them if you don’t mind getting stressed out.

Wish I had read the reviews here regarding their inconsistent and misleading measurement instructions before I ordered. For an "exact fitting" roller blind they say clearly "We will make the blind to your exact measurements specified with no deductions....measure the exact width of the area you would like the blind to cover...". What I did not see was that later down the guidance, in a black box with smaller writing, there is a contradictory statement that "The width of a Roller Blind is always the 'bracket' to 'bracket' measurement and not the 'cloth (fabric)' width". Clearly the first section of the guide is misleading on its own and needs revision. When I found my blinds were narrower than I expected, their customer services were very quick to point to the accurate parts of the guide but refused to acknowledge the inaccurate part. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order but accepted no responsibility for their part in my mistaken order.When I stated that I would write a negative online review, they attempted to intimidate me by saying they would pass the call recording to their legal team, Trust Pilot and the BBSA, before hanging up on me.Wow.

The delivery was scheduled for the 12th but managed to get here on the 10th - brilliant! The blinds were excellent and easy to fit so totally satisfied with the service from start to finish.

After a blind went missing blinds 4 uk immediately dispatched a replacement no quibble. Very impressive and the blinds always fit perfectly. A very happy customer

The samples came the next day, the blinds I ordered were all spot-on, and look great. Delivery pre-Christmas took a little longer than I would have liked but this is totally understandable in the circumstances.I placed a second order for an extra blind yesterday.Update: the second order came just two days after I had placed it. Good service.

I purchased 3 perfect blinds from blinds4uk.co.uk and I’m delighted with them. I found the company extremely easy to deal with. They answered the phone quickly when I had queries I needed answered and assisted me with professionalism and good humour. I cannot recommend they highly enough.

One star is too many for this totally unreasonable company.BE VERY AWARE: When ordering blinds to the 'EXACT' specification do not be fooled by their explanation, and I quote directly from their website:Exact Fitting - This is the measurement you need to take if you want the blind to hang outside of the window recess. We will make the blind to your exact measurements specified with no deductions.The statement is complete rubbish. I ordered a 56cm blind to cover a door and it arrived at 52cm wide. Their explanation is that the blind has been made correctly and I didn't read further information contained on their website. They are completely unwilling to replace or refund me so all buyers beware. When Blinds4UK state no deductions they do not mean literally that. They even state that this is an industry standard, so not true I only wish I had used another company, you have been warned.I even asked them to change their wording so other people do not suffer the same fate. Even then thier so called manager is completely unreasonable and will not budge.Thank you for your comments Blinds4UK but you are still giving miss leading information. Your web site clearly states, exact measurement with no deductions, it does not state this is the bracket to bracket measurement. Perhaps you could change the wording on your web site as I have suggested to stop other potential customers having the same issue? As you can see in many of your poor reviews I am not the only person to have had this issue. Exact with no deductions should mean exactly that surely? At the very least don’t hide this information under the product tab. Why would you measure a window and then add additional cm to compensate when you read exact with no deductions? Shame really the blinds you sent were lovely just a shame they were not 56cm wide as ordered because you deducted 4cm from them so they are useless. Let’s see who trading standards agree with shall we?

The ordering process was made simple with the assistance of Maria. The blinds were good value. We have had a couple of issues which have been resolved without hesitation. Overall excellent service and would highly recommend

The staff have been helpful and cooperative from start to finish. They answered all my queries clearly, pleasantly and positively. A pleasure to order from them and the blinds are beautiful. Really good quality and easy to fit. I will need more Perfect Fit roller blinds in the future and will look no further than Blinds4uk. Lovely product, brilliant service. Thank you to everyone who helped me achieve the look I wanted.

I can honestly say that I have never left a review on anything before but felt obliged to do so based on the first class service and quality of the product. The blinds arrived on time and very well packaged. All the measurements where spot on and the blinds in perfect condition. Pleasure to deal with this company and would do so again without hesitation. Great product and excellent after-sales service

A shocking review for a shocking service.I ordered three measured to fit roller blackout blinds from Blinds4UK to cover some windows in my photography studio. Upon placing the order by telephone, the blinds arrived at the correct size but with an adjustment pull chain too short for the length of the blind - unless you are an 8 and a half foot giant you simply cannot reach them (this is no exaggeration). The blinds were already fitted.After calling to ask why bespoke blinds would be made with a chain that cannot be reached for operation and how can this be corrected, I was told the fault was mine for not reading the small print on the website. I reminded them that this was ordered by telephone and I was not made aware of a potential issue. Without correct operation, the blinds are not fit for purpose and after explaining this very politely, the lady on the phone became rude. The issue is still apparently mine over a year later and this is the only bad review that I’ve ever bothered to write - order your blinds elsewhere!

Item not receivedI think this is the only way I'm going to get any response from Blinds4me or interior direct. As you can see my order in black and white . I have tried to contact you on the number on both your sites several times I feel I'm wasting my time and I've emailed you too. So, please help me out here how long before I get my product? This I believe is justification as I'm not getting good customer service.
